Thank you for reading the conditions
associated when purchasing a tank or stand. By following these
instructions, the delivery of your tank will run smoothly; and you will be
caused the minimum of inconvenience should a problem occur with the
delivery of your fragile aquarium.
When receiving your tank, under no circumstances should you sign for
the goods prior to checking that they have arrived safe and intact.
This can be done simply by opening the box containing your aquarium, and
checking for any sign of damage. If there appears to be damage to the
goods, you must refuse to accept them and refuse to sign the
delivery note. If you sign for goods that are damaged, then the insurance
policy that is taken out when shipping the goods is invalidated and there
is unfortunately nothing that we can do should a problem be encountered.
Please note that your tank will be
delivered by a third party carrier and that you must be available to sign
for the goods when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the
goods, then they will be returned to us. Should redelivery be required, a
charge will be put through. Goods can not be left without a signature as
to do so would mean that they were not checked for damage during delivery.

Please note that we can only ship Aquarium
to the Mainland United Kingdom, excluding the Scottish Highlands. We
apologise for not being able to ship these items outside of these
territories, however unfortunately the costs associated with this are
prohibitive. If however you would like to arrange for an aquarium to be
collected; we would be happy to help organise this and to provide you
with an appropriate level of discount. |
