Eheim Classic 2213 Canister Filters have a compact
pump coupled with a large volume canister for filter media. This range of
filters is suitable for aquaria up to 200 litres. The Eheim Classic range is
extremely quiet and reliable; providing extremely effective filtration for both
freshwater and marine aquariums.
Ehfimech should be used in the base of the canister to provide mechanical
filtration. Following this a layer of Ehfifix provides further coarse
filtration, followed by a layer of Ehfisubstrat which offers the biological
filtration necessary for a healthy aquarium. EhfiActive can then be added to
provide chemical filtration, followed by a layer of Ehfisynth which will trap
any fine particles remaining. Eheim offer an extensive range of further media
which can be tailored to your specific requirements.
