Daphnia are tiny
freshwater crustaceans of the order Cladocera and are a
component of freshwater plankton - natural fish food. Vitaminised
Daphnia is a traditional and popular food for all ornamental fish,
commonly used by aquarists, and here supplied in sun-dried form.
APPLICATIONS: For everyday feeding of many popular, small
tropical fish kept in aquaria. Vitaminised Daphnia varies the
diet with essential vitamins, mineral salts, and trace elements. It
contains natural proteins and chitin-roughage that improves metabolism.
INGREDIENTS: Dried
Daphnia, special vitamin and mineral additives: fat-soluble
vitamins (A, D, E, ß-carotene which enhances fish coloration) and
water-soluble vitamins (B1, B2,
B12, PP, stabilised vitamin C), folic
acid, panthotenic acid, and minerals: Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mo, Zn, and
